Help any computer.
With permission.
Yarma is remote support and endpoint management in one place. Your technicians connect to Windows, macOS and Linux from a browser, the person at the device stays in control, and the routine work — scripts, software, patches, monitoring — runs itself.

What is Yarma
One tool for the help desk and the fleet.
The problem. Support teams juggle a remote-control tool, a script runner, a patch tool and a monitoring system — each with its own agent, login and bill — and end users rarely know who is on their screen.
What Yarma does. One lightweight agent per device gives your team remote sessions, a terminal, scripts, software deployment, patching, monitoring and reports, all in one web console with one audit trail.
Who it is for. Internal IT departments, help desks and managed service providers who support anything from a dozen to thousands of Windows, macOS and Linux devices.
Why teams choose it. The user approves every attended session, unattended access is off until you allow it, you can host it yourself — free for up to 14 devices — and pricing is simply per device.
Features
Everything a support team needs, nothing it has to bolt on.
-
Consent-first remote support
View and control screens, transfer files and chat. The user sees who is connecting and approves each permission.
-
Browser-only help
Help someone without an agent: they open the support portal, enter a short code and share their screen from the browser.
-
Policy-controlled unattended access
Reach servers and kiosks with nobody present — only where both the device and your policy allow it, with optional encrypted recording.
-
Terminal and automation
PowerShell, CMD, bash and zsh terminals, a script library with parameters and schedules, and optional two-person approval.
-
Software and patching
Deploy apps with winget, Chocolatey, MSI, Homebrew or apt/dnf, offer a self-service catalogue, and roll patches out in rings.
-
Monitoring and alerts
Health metrics and alert rules with notifications to email, Teams, Slack, SMS or webhooks, plus scheduled PDF, Excel and CSV reports.
-
Windows admin tasks done right
Work through UAC prompts, the sign-in and lock screens and Ctrl+Alt+Del, with elevation credentials taken from your password vault.
-
Your sign-in, your roles
Single sign-on with OIDC, SAML or Active Directory, built-in roles scoped by site or group, and a tamper-evident audit log.
-
Built for MSPs
Keep every client in its own tenant, switch between them with audited access, and share one device pool across clients.

Pricing
Pay per managed device. That's it.
The self-hosted Community Edition is free for up to 14 devices. Beyond that, every device is billed at the rate of your size bracket — the more devices, the lower the rate. Pay monthly or save with longer terms.

Questions, answered.
What counts as a device?
Every computer or server with the Yarma agent installed and enrolled. Technicians, users and browser-only support sessions are not counted.
Is it really free for 14 devices?
Yes. The self-hosted Community Edition covers up to 14 devices with no time limit. You only need to register with a verified email address — a business address is preferred.
Self-hosted or cloud — what is the difference?
Self-hosted runs on your own server, so your data stays with you. Cloud is run by us, including updates, storage and relays; it costs a little more per device and has no free tier.
How does billing work?
Prices are per device per month and paid up front for the term you choose: monthly, 6 months (5% off), annual (15% off) or 3 years (25% off, after a short review). Adding devices mid-term is prorated. Renewal invoices arrive before the term ends.
How can I pay?
Every order gets an invoice in your dashboard, payable by bank transfer or check. Where online payment is enabled you can also pay by card or US bank account directly from the invoice. Prices are in US dollars.
What happens if my license runs out?
Devices you already manage keep working; only new enrollments stop until you renew. A self-hosted license can also go back to the free Community Edition.
Can end users see what a technician is doing?
Yes. Attended sessions start only after the user approves, show who is connected and which permissions were granted, and the user can end the session at any time. Every session is written to the audit log.
