Terms of Service

These terms cover Yarma accounts, licenses, orders and payments made through yarma.avadeja.com, operated by Avadeja.

Accounts

You need an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access to your mailbox secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. We may review or suspend accounts registered to abuse the free edition or with false details.

Licenses

• Licenses are counted in managed devices: computers or servers with an enrolled Yarma agent.
• The self-hosted Community Edition is free for up to 14 devices and does not expire.
• Paid licenses cover the number of devices and the period on the order. When a license ends, devices already managed keep working but no new devices can be enrolled until it is renewed.
• Not-for-resale (NFR) licenses are for demonstrations, labs and internal evaluation only, not for production use or resale.
• License files are signed; altering them, or circumventing device limits, is not permitted.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars, per device per month, as shown in the pricing calculator when you order. The price on your invoice is final.
• Terms are paid up front. Three-year terms and orders above 2,500 devices are reviewed before an invoice is issued.
• Devices added during a term are charged pro rata until the end of that term.
• Renewal invoices are issued before a term ends; a license is renewed when its renewal invoice is paid.
• Coupons and discounts apply only as stated when issued and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue, or by the end of the current term for renewals. You can pay by bank transfer or check as shown on the invoice, or online by card or US bank account where offered. Unpaid orders can be cancelled before payment. Refunds are handled case by case through support.

Your data in Yarma

With the self-hosted edition, the data in your Yarma server stays on infrastructure you control. Installations send only license information to us, as described in the Privacy Policy.
